FINECO Encapsulated Steel Heavy-Duty Raised Floor
High-Load Access Flooring for Data Centers, Server Rooms & Technical Facilities
FINECO Encapsulated Steel Heavy-Duty Raised Floor is a modular access flooring system engineered for high floor loading, structural stability, and underfloor service access.
The system combines a fully encapsulated steel panel with an adjustable steel pedestal and optional heavy-duty stringers. This creates an accessible plenum beneath the floor for high-density power cables, data networks, and HVAC airflow.
Key Features
Heavy-Duty Load Performance: Engineered for technical spaces subject to concentrated and heavy rolling equipment loads.
Fully Encapsulated Steel Design: Welded steel shell protects the inner core from moisture and wear, ensuring long-term dimensional stability.
Rigid Understructure: Adjustable steel pedestals establish precise heights, while snap-on or bolted stringers deliver lateral grid stability.
Removable Modular Panels: Individual panels lift out easily for maintenance without disrupting surrounding infrastructure.
Versatile Surface Finishes: Factory-applied HPL, conductive ESD vinyl, or bare finishes tailored to project specifications.
System Structure & Composition
Surface Finish: Anti-static HPL / Conductive PVC
Top Steel Sheet: High-grade galvanized steel providing a stable upper surface.
Engineered Core: High-density particle board or lightweight cement core.
Bottom Steel Sheet: Deep-formed steel sheet with dimples for flexural rigidity.
Edge Trim: Protective edge banding for safe handling and tight modular alignment.
Pedestal & Stringer Network: Electro-galvanized steel pedestals with vibration-proof locking mechanisms and optional tubular stringers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this system support heavy server racks and battery cabinets?
A: Yes. FINECO heavy-duty systems are specifically engineered for high-density data centers. We configure the panel load class and understructure based on your exact rack weight, footprint, and wheel loads.
Q: Are stringers mandatory for heavy-duty raised floors?
A: Stringers are highly recommended and often required for heavy-duty applications or when finished floor heights exceed standard levels, as they significantly improve lateral stability and rolling-load performance.
Q: Is panel load capacity the same as system load capacity?
A: No. A raised floor's real-world performance depends on the integrated combination of the panel, pedestal, and stringer. We evaluate and test our systems as a complete structural unit.
Q: Can FINECO provide third-party test reports and CAD drawings?
A: Yes. We supply comprehensive technical packages, including CISCA/EN test reports, product data sheets, and CAD layout drawings to support project submittals and engineering approvals.
Q: What is the standard lead time for international orders?
A: Lead times vary based on project quantity and custom specifications (typically 2 to 4 weeks). Contact our sales team with your project scale for an accurate schedule.
