It's typically shot blasting treated with epoxy coating or laminated with a variety of finishes on the top, trim less or with the edges sealed by PVC or ABS trim to protect from impact and ensure dimensional stability. The surface can accommodate various finishes to meet aesthetic and functional requirements, such as antistatic HPL, PVC or stainless steel. It's either produced as blind panel or perforated type. The panels are installed on an adjustable pedestal and stringer system, which creates an accessible void beneath the floor for services like electrical, data, and HVAC systems.
