1. First, accurately calculate the total area (or number of tiles) of anti-static flooring required for the computer room construction, as well as the quantity of various accessories (standard support ratio 1:3.5, standard beam ratio 1:5.2), and include a margin to avoid waste or shortage.
2. Fully understand the types and quality of anti-static flooring produced by the manufacturer, as well as various technical performance indicators.
The technical performance of anti-static flooring mainly refers to its mechanical and electrical properties. Mechanical properties mainly consider its load-bearing capacity and wear resistance.
3. The load capacity of the anti-static flooring should be determined based on the weight of the heaviest equipment in the computer room. This prevents permanent deformation or damage to the floor caused by excessively heavy equipment.
4. The anti-static flooring should be minimally affected by external environmental conditions. That is, it should not significantly expand or contract due to excessively high or low ambient temperatures. In other words, when the computer room temperature is slightly high, the anti-static flooring should not expand to the point where it cannot be removed or replaced; when the temperature is low, the anti-static flooring should not contract, causing a loose feeling. The shrinkage of the anti-static flooring due to environmental influences should be less than 0.5mm, and the deflection of the panel surface should be less than 0.25mm.
5. The surface of the anti-static flooring should be non-reflective, non-slip, corrosion-resistant, dust-free, non-dust-absorbing, and easy to clean.
