An anti-static flooring system typically consists of the following main components: floor panels, beams, supports, screws, and surface coverings. Beams and height-adjustable supports are connected with screws to form a stable lower support system, and the floor panels are fitted into the squares formed by the beams. Surface coverings include: PVC plastic veneer, HPL (melamine) veneer, ceramic surface, etc. Related auxiliary accessories include screws, suction cups, and cable management boxes.
1. Floor Panels: Made of high-quality alloy cold-rolled steel plate, formed by stretching and spot welding. The surface is phosphated and then powder-coated, and the inner cavity is filled with foamed filler.
2. Beams: The beams for all-steel flooring are divided into long beams and short beams. Long beam specifications: 21×30/32×1173mm, short beam specifications: 21×30/32×573mm; the surface is galvanized for rust prevention. The wall thickness of the beams can also be customized for different load-bearing requirements.
3. Supports: Usually divided into standard supports, reinforced supports, and super-reinforced supports. In addition, there are two types of supports for special purposes: ramp supports and edge supports .
4. Other auxiliary accessories include diagonal braces, tie rods, and clamps as auxiliary connecting parts for the supports. These are generally used with ultra-high and super-reinforced supports to enhance the stability of the floor installation structure.
