The design process focuses on functional suitability and system planning. Technical parameters, structural solutions, and environmental compatibility of the flooring must be clearly defined before construction. The floor dimensions should be determined based on the specific application scenario to ensure functionality.
1. Fire Resistance Requirements: The fire resistance rating of anti-static raised floors should comply with the requirements of the "Fire Protection Code for Interior Decoration Design of Buildings."
2. Size Requirements: The height of the anti-static raised floor should be determined according to usage requirements.
(1) For cable routing only: The basic dimension is 250mm.
(2) For cable routing and air conditioning plenum: The basic dimension is 500mm. The removable panels of the floor should be interchangeable and manufactured with high precision to ensure the necessary airtightness when the floor space is used as an air conditioning plenum.
3. Enclosure Structure: Rodent control should be addressed in the enclosure structure of the anti-static floor, minimizing openings and ensuring the enclosure structure is absolutely airtight.
