Material Requirements

Floor Load-Bearing Capacity Requirements
Raised access flooring in computer rooms needs to have good load-bearing capacity to ensure equipment safety. The floor load-bearing capacity should be determined based on processor layout and computer room layout. Generally, computer room flooring needs to withstand a weight of 500 kg/m² to 1000 kg/m² to ensure that server racks can be stably installed on the floor.

 

Convenience Requirements
The mobility and directionality of the raised access flooring are key considerations in a computer room environment. The raised access flooring needs to be easy to disassemble and move for future equipment installation and maintenance. Simultaneously, the floor wiring should be rationalized to avoid unnecessary time and costs associated with wiring.
